We offer return for your goods 30 days after delivery .
The product must be in original condition . The item (s) must not have been used in any way .We cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.

Our customer service team would be happy to assist - please contact us before returning your item to us, so that our team can help more quickly and advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.
We no longer accept exchanges, including rings and other sizes. Please contact us if you have any questions about an item or order.
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 business days, however this may take up to 30 business days during busier times of year.
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Please note, shipping costs are not refundable, and customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded.
The order can be canceled before it's delivery. If the delivery on the way, order cannot be canceled.
