Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service Contact Us form and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.
Shipping is FREE , we send all our shipments with PostNord.
Once your order has been shipped, we will immediately send you an email with a tracking nember. You can uuse this nember to track you order and to know exactly when it will arrive .

Once an order has been placed we're unable to make any changes or cancel the order. Once you have received your order, you can use our Returns portal to return any unwanted items.
Unfortunately we're unable to redirect orders once they have left our warehouse, so please make sure to provide a shipping address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you would still like to try and redirect your parcel once it's been despatched, please contact the courier directly to see if this would be possible.
Unfortunately we're unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is so that we can ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your Missoma order.
